On this level there is a terrace with a table and chairs, giving access to the inside of the villa. We will find a kitchen with high all kind of quality appliances and a lovely dining room. There are three more bedrooms on this floor: The first one with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub, the second with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, and the last one with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.  There is one terrace on each floor where to share meals and a seating area located on the upper terrace.

EXTERIOR: To the rear, you can access the property where you will find the swimming pool with magnificent sea views, trees and various plants that provide privacy and freshness to this space. There are sun loungers available to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Amazing 10 x 5 private swimming pool 

LOCATION: Villa located in Benitachell, Cumbre del Sol, just minutes away from all services but on a very quiet and private street. The villa has a very good orientation with sunshine throughout the day and breathtaking views.
